Stargazing should be easy at Alabama Comic Con, a sci-fi and fantasy convention in Birmingham. The event, set for July 13-14 at the BJCC Exhibition Halls, includes nearly 30 special guests that range from actor Michael Biehn of “Terminator” fame to Denise Crosby of “Star Trek: The Next Generation.”
Fans of wrestling, Power Rangers, “Star Wars” and “Deadwood” should find their interest piqued at the panel discussions and autograph tables. Comic-book artists, anime voice actors and cosplay experts are on the agenda, as well.
Here are 16 celebrities who made our must-see list for Comic Con this weekend.

Claim to fame: Biehn starred as Kyle Reese in 1984’s “The Terminator,” playing a solider who goes back in time to protect main character Sarah Connor. He also was a key cast member of 1986’s “Aliens,” playing Corp. Dwayne Hicks, an interstellar Marine who becomes the love interest of heroine Ellen Ripley. Biehn’s resume also includes roles in “The Abyss,” “K2,” “Clockstoppers,” “Tombstone,” “Navy SEALs” and many other films and TV series.
Good to know: Biehn, 62, was born in Anniston. His family moved during his childhood; he grew up in Arizona and attended college there.
Meet him, greet him: Biehn will be at his autograph booth on Saturday and Sunday. Prices are $50 per autograph, $50 per selfie, $80 for an autograph-selfie combo. He’s not scheduled for a Q&A or panel discussion.

Claim to fame: Crosby is best known for playing the role of Tasha Yar, security chief on Season 1 of “Star Trek: The Next Generation,” 1987-1988. She also made guest appearances on later episodes.
Good to know: The actress, 61, has a long list of TV and movie credits on her resume, including roles on “Suits,” “The Walking Dead,” “Ray Donovan” and “Southland.”
Meet her, greet her: Crosby has a Q&A set for Sunday at 1 p.m. on the Main Stage. She’ll be at her autograph booth on Saturday and Sunday. Prices are $50 per autograph, $50 per selfie, $80 per autograph-selfie combo, $60 per recording.

Claim to fame: Sarandon played Prince Humperdinck, the villain fans love to hate, in 1987’s “The Princess Bride.” He earned Oscar and Golden Globe nominations for his supporting role in 1975’s “Dog Day Afternoon” and voiced the character of Jack Skellington in “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” He played the vampire next-door in 1985’s “Fright Night” and has a long list of credits that ranges from movies to TV to theater.
Good to know: The actor, 76, is the former husband of actress Susan Sarandon.
Meet him, greet him: Sarandon has a Q&A set for Saturday at 3 p.m. on the Main Stage. He’ll be at his autograph booth on Saturday and Sunday.

Claim to fame: Mitchell starred in “Good Burger,” a 1997 comedy with Kenan Thompson. He was a cast member of the sketch comedy series “All That,” co-starred with Thompson in the sitcom “Kenan & Kel,” and appeared as rapper Double G on “Game Shakers,” all on Nickelodeon.
Good to know: The actor, 40, voiced the character of T-Bone on “Clifford the Big Red Dog.” He also made a cameo appearance in Kanye West’s video for “All Falls Down.”

Claim to fame: Flanery starred in two “Boondock Saints” movies with Norman Reedus, in 1999 and 2009. He’s due to appear in a third installment in 2020. Flanery also played the main character in the ABC series “The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles,” 1992-1993.
Good to know: The actor and martial artist, 53, won a Daytime Emmy this year for his portrayal of Ty Garrett on Amazon Prime’s “The Bay.”
Meet him, greet him: Flanery has a Q&A with David Della Rocco set for Saturday at noon on the Main Stage. He’ll be at his autograph booth on Saturday and Sunday.
